General
The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationships between FUTURE GLX and the customer at the time of the order. You can send any questions, complaints or objections by email to info@futureglx.com . Our general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries. All orders are binding.

Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs. The price in the online shop at the time of the order is decisive.

Payment terms
The customer can choose from the available payment methods as part of and before completing the ordering process. If third-party providers are commissioned to process payments, e.g. Twint, Shopify Payments, PayPal, MF Group AG, their general terms and conditions apply.

Delivery, product availability
If no copies of the ordered product are available at the time of ordering, we will inform you by email. If delivery is delayed by more than 1 week, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

refund policy

We grant a right of return within 30 days. The goods must not show any signs of wear or damage. If the item is returned, the customer will receive the full purchase amount back within 7 working days.

Obligation to inspect

The delivered or collected products must be checked by the buyer immediately after acceptance for completeness, accuracy and delivery damage. If there is a defect, FUTURE GLX must be notified of this within 10 calendar days and the product must be in its original condition to be returned.

Returns
You can return items to us within 30 days - the period applies from the day your package was delivered. Please contact us with your contact details at the following email address info@futureglx.com.

Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction and place of performance is the registered office of the seller. Swiss law applies to this distribution agreement.
